The rules for using eServiceHunter.

Marketplace role

eServiceHunter provides software that helps vehicle owners request service, receive and compare provider offers, record approvals, schedule work and preserve transaction history. Service providers are independent businesses. eServiceHunter does not perform vehicle repairs or towing and is not a party to the physical repair work performed by a provider.

Accounts and accurate information

You must provide information you are authorized to use and keep account and service information reasonably accurate. Do not use eServiceHunter to impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass platform access controls.

Requests, offers and accepted scope

A provider offer is the provider's proposal for the described job. An accepted offer establishes the recorded baseline scope and price inside eServiceHunter. A later price or scope adjustment should be submitted as a change order and approved by the customer before it becomes part of the authorized total. eServiceHunter preserves offer versions and approval history so later revisions do not silently rewrite earlier terms.

Provider responsibility

Providers are responsible for their licenses, qualifications, insurance, taxes, service quality, estimates, diagnoses, warranties, workplace practices and legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for deciding which provider and offer to select. Marketplace availability, response times and the number of competing offers can vary by location and service category.

Subscriptions and charges

Customer marketplace accounts are intended to be free. Provider access may include a trial and a recurring subscription. Before eServiceHunter enables a paid provider checkout, the applicable price, currency, billing interval and cancellation path must be presented to the provider. Payment-provider-specific terms may also apply.

Safety and emergencies

eServiceHunter is not an emergency service. If a vehicle condition or location creates an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or roadside service rather than relying on marketplace messaging or AI-assisted text.

Platform records

eServiceHunter may preserve marketplace records needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, calculate outcome metrics and maintain an audit trail. Provider outcome metrics are based on recorded platform evidence and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, eServiceHunter may publish a new version and require users to accept that version before continuing to use affected features. The version shown on this page identifies the terms currently presented by the application.
