For vehicle owners

One repair request from first symptom to final bill.

You describe the vehicle problem once. eServiceHunter keeps provider questions, competing offers, your decision, scheduling, approved changes and the outcome attached to that same job.

Step by step

What happens after you post a request.

1

Create the request

Select a saved vehicle or add one, choose relevant service categories, enter the service location and describe what you know about the problem.

2

Get matched intelligently

Providers must fit the request geography and specialization. When coordinates are available, physical service radius is used instead of pretending an entire province is local.

3

Clarify before quoting

A matching provider can ask a question inside the request. The conversation remains attached to the job so context does not evaporate into random text messages.

4

Compare structured offers

Offers can separate diagnostics, labour, parts, part type, fees, tax, estimated duration and warranty. Revised offers create new immutable versions rather than rewriting history.

5

Hold, reject or accept

You can keep an offer on hold while comparing others, reject it or select it. Once one offer is accepted, the request stops accepting competing offers.

6

Book the work

The selected provider proposes appointment options. If a new time is proposed later, the existing booking stays active until you choose a replacement.

7

Approve changes explicitly

If additional work is discovered after acceptance, a provider can propose a change order with the reason and signed price adjustment. You approve or reject it.

8

Record the outcome

After service, eServiceHunter can record completion, attendance, customer feedback and the actual final amount paid.

9

Build useful provider history

The platform can compare the final amount with the accepted quote plus approved changes, creating explainable outcome evidence for future customers.

What stays private

Contact details do not need to become the marketplace.

Submitting an offer does not automatically expose private contact details. The selected transaction moves into scheduling and contact reveal only after the customer chooses a provider.

What stays visible

The agreement remains part of the job.

Quote versions, approved change orders and the selected appointment remain attached to the service request so the commercial path is not dependent on memory or screenshots.

Special service flows

Not every vehicle problem belongs in a garage bay.

MOBILE SERVICE

Work can come to the vehicle.

Providers can identify themselves as mobile service businesses. Matching and the appointment flow can use the customer-specified service location when that capability applies.

TOWING

Emergency requests use a faster path.

Towing keeps pickup information, vehicle details, provider price, payment methods and ETA in a specialized request and dispatch flow rather than forcing it through normal appointment scheduling.

Start with what you know

You do not need to diagnose the car before asking for help.
