Customer service order
Describe the vehicle problem once. Questions, quotes, revisions, appointment options, approved changes and completion stay attached to the same service order.

Provider eligibility uses marketplace status, specialization and geography instead of broadcasting every job to everybody.
A provider can ask questions inside the job record. The answers stay with the request instead of disappearing into calls and texts.
Diagnostics, labour, parts, fees, tax, duration and warranty can be separated so quotes are easier to compare.
Revised offers become new versions. The previous commercial record is not silently overwritten.
Hold, reject or accept. Once you accept one offer, the request stops behaving like an open bidding board.
The selected provider proposes service times. A replacement time does not erase the active booking until you choose it.
If the scope changes, the provider submits a priced change order. You approve or reject it before the approved total changes.
Completion, attendance, review and the actual final amount become part of the job history.
Quote integrity
The accepted quote is only the start of the cost record. Approved change orders are added explicitly, then the final amount can be compared with the customer-approved total.
Private until selected
Submitting an offer does not automatically reveal private contact information. The transaction moves into direct scheduling after the customer selects a provider.
Special flows
Mobile providers can work at the customer location. Towing uses pickup, ETA and dispatch states instead of pretending an emergency tow is a normal garage appointment.
